Product introduction

FERR’s Square Shaft Helical Anchor is the ideal solution for high tension applications and dense soil conditions. Its compact design not only improves penetration efficiency, but also increases torque resistance.

These helical anchors are widely used in construction projects to provide additional support to structures by enhancing foundation stability. On construction sites with poor soil quality, especially in rocky areas, the Square Shaft Helical Anchor significantly increases the tensile strength of the foundation, making the overall structure more stable.

In poor foundation conditions consisting of rocky or dense soils, the foundation may not be able to support the structure effectively, resulting in uneven weight distribution. This situation can lead to foundation damage. To minimize potential problems and improve foundation strength, square shaft anchors can be used to improve foundation stability while avoiding damage to it.

The unique design of the Square Shaft Screw Anchor, where the tapered blades of the helical section are delicately attached to the square shaft, allows for easy ground penetration even in dense rocky soils.

The smaller diameter of the square shaft helical anchor compared to the traditional round shaft helical anchor makes it perform better in dense soil environments that are difficult to penetrate. Square shaft screw anchors are also an excellent choice for projects that require tensile strength of the foundation.
