Product introduction
Solar panel foundations, also known as solar panel mounting foundations, solar mounting screws, solar self-drilling screws, or solar ground screws, are important components used to create a stable and reliable mounting point for solar panels. These foundations are usually made of helical piles or anchors, and their main function is to provide support for the solar panels while resisting buoyancy forces caused by wind or soil displacement, thus ensuring a safe and durable structure.

Since solar panels are mostly installed outdoors and are susceptible to heavy rainfall, strong winds and extreme weather conditions, a strong and durable foundation is needed to secure the equipment and prevent it from damage. Helical foundation piles are a key component in solar panel installations, as they effectively solve such problems by building a stable foundation.
The structural design of the Helical Foundation Pile is characterized by a steel shaft with a spiral or vane-like structure to enhance stability. These foundation piles not only provide a direct platform for connecting to the mounting system, but can also be used to further secure the connection between the solar panel mount and the foundation piles through the mounting jig.
In actual installations, solar foundation piles are typically drilled into the ground by applying torque. The conical and helical blades penetrate the surface of the ground and penetrate deep into the stable soil layer, thus spreading the structural loads and improving the overall compressive capacity. This design concept ensures the long-term operational reliability of solar panels in complex outdoor environments.

Yes. For Electric Power Fitting, we can provide first article samples upon request. Whether it’s sheet metal, CNC-machined, or assembled parts, we offer sample production to help you evaluate form, fit, and function before moving into full production.
