Product introduction

The Guy Clamp is a high-performance parallel groove clamp engineered to secure loop-type guy dead-ends in communication and transmission lines. By working in tandem with stay wires and anchor rods, it serves as a critical stabilization component for utility poles and overhead structures.

Engineering Adaptability: Available in versatile configurations including 1-bolt, 2-bolt, and 3-bolt designs. While the 3-bolt clamp is the industry standard for maximum performance, some variants feature curved ends specifically designed to protect the wire from mechanical abrasion.

Metallurgical Integrity: Manufactured through a rigorous hot-rolling process where carbon steel blanks are heated and rolled to exact dimensions, followed by precision hole pressing. The final product undergoes hot-dip galvanizing to ensure zero cracks and high malleability.

Quantified Mechanical Strength: Engineered to act as a “Strategic Backbone” for utility structures. When installed under live conditions, it is rated to withstand a tensile force of 1200kg or more without sustaining deformation or structural damage.

Dual-Track Technical Compliance: Fully compliant with international manufacturing standards and engineered to bridge the technical gap between ANSI/IEEE and IEC engineering philosophies for global market accessibility.

Precision Fitment: Each set consists of two identical plates with dual parallel grooves, ensuring a uniform grip on the stay wire. The design allows for a secure, zero-play interface that can serve as a reliable alternative to wire rope clips or guy grips in specific installation setups.

Asset Lifecycle Economics: Optimized to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by utilizing high-grade anti-corrosion finishes that minimize maintenance cycles and prevent premature failure in harsh outdoor environments.

As a professional manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, FERR supports the production of customized guy clamps according to your proprietary drawings and regional market requirements. Our rapid design-to-delivery workflow ensures your project timelines are met with precision.

I was most afraid of the drawings sent over to the docking is not clear, the results of FERR engineers directly with me to dock the technical details, and even the bolt hole spacing are confirmed to be very fine. Proofing out once through, no rework, too much trouble.

Our customers are very picky, especially about the thickness and appearance of the hot-dip galvanized layer, and the goods sent by FERR not only meet the standard, but also the key is that each batch is very stable, and we have never had any problems with the secondary inspection.

We started out with just a couple samples to try, and they turned out to be so much better than what we were using before. The dimensional accuracy, surface finish are all spot on and the delivery was fast. Now every time I have a project I go to FERR first, with confidence.

I've used quite a few suppliers, some quotes are cheap but with lots of problems.FERR is not the cheapest but they are really the most hassle free. Design coordination, delivery time, packaging details can think ahead of me, I save a lot of energy.
