Product introduction
Electrical Cross Arm can be referred to as pole cross arms, utility pole cross arms, telephone pole cross arms, light pole cross arms, or simply cross arms, depending on the application. The design and functional configuration varies in different application scenarios. For example, utility pole cross arms are connected to pin insulators via insulating pins, which in turn are connected to wires, thus realizing the function of power transmission. Light pole cross arms, on the other hand, are mounted on light poles and are used to support the power system of street lights.
FERR’s electrical cross-arms are horizontal structural members that support the conductors and insulators, and are available in wood, fiberglass, and galvanized steel to meet ANSI and IEC standards for mechanical and electrical performance.
Electrical crossarms are secured to poles with double arm bolts, pigtail bolts, or U-bolts. For added stability, the arms are fitted with specialized brackets for support, ensuring that the line is secure and resistant to dislodgement.
The main process used in the production of electrical cross arms is press molding. All holes are pressed in a single operation and are burr-free. The purpose of these holes is to connect other pole line accessories. The hole diameters are designed so that all holes that match the bolts are compatible with each other, ensuring that the assembled pole and wire hardware accessories can be connected smoothly. The holes are 2 millimeters smaller than the bolt diameter to ensure that the fittings are attached at right angles to the components in the correct orientation, resulting in a more accurate and secure installation.

Testimonials
FERR always puts the interests of its customers first.

Yunex
Distribution network project contractors in Southeast Asia
I was most afraid of the drawings sent over to the docking is not clear, the results of FERR engineers directly with me to dock the technical details, and even the bolt hole spacing are confirmed to be very fine. Proofing out once through, no rework, too much trouble.

Orlando J.
Equipment distributors in Europe
Our customers are very picky, especially about the thickness and appearance of the hot-dip galvanized layer, and the goods sent by FERR not only meet the standard, but also the key is that each batch is very stable, and we have never had any problems with the secondary inspection.

Lambrinie
Procurement Manager, X Power Engineering, USA
We started out with just a couple samples to try, and they turned out to be so much better than what we were using before. The dimensional accuracy, surface finish are all spot on and the delivery was fast. Now every time I have a project I go to FERR first, with confidence.

Marco Martinez
Project Manager in the Middle East
I've used quite a few suppliers, some quotes are cheap but with lots of problems.FERR is not the cheapest but they are really the most hassle free. Design coordination, delivery time, packaging details can think ahead of me, I save a lot of energy.
