Product introduction
Alley arms are intricately designed steel cross arms, also known as side arms or lane arm supports, which are widely used in support structures for overhead lines, utility poles, and light poles. When installed, the Lane Arm forms a triangular structure with the utility pole to provide a solid support for the off-side steel cross arm.
The china alley arm brace is commonly used for an alley arm utility pole. It can be flexibly installed on the left or right side of the cross arm of the utility pole. Both of its ends are operated by closure, which transforms the original 90-degree angle into a zero angle. Upon completion of the closure, one of the sides bends to form a new angle for better accessibility to the off-center steel cross arm. In addition, the center section of the alley arm is designed as a lineman’s station step, which provides non-slip support for the construction crew and ensures the safety of the installation process.
The materials used in the production of the arms were selected by BS4360 standards, with the main raw material being high quality angel steel, which is available in lengths of 60“, 84” and 120″, depending on the requirements. Before and after manufacture, the raw materials are guaranteed to have excellent straightness and are free from sand holes, scale or other similar defects.
In terms of surface treatment, the alley arm brackets are hot-dipped galvanized. This process provides a smooth, bright and continuous appearance with improved corrosion resistance. The hot dip galvanized part will be by ASTM123-78 standard to ensure the quality and reliability of the finished product in use.

Testimonials
FERR always puts the interests of its customers first.

Yunex
Distribution network project contractors in Southeast Asia
I was most afraid of the drawings sent over to the docking is not clear, the results of FERR engineers directly with me to dock the technical details, and even the bolt hole spacing are confirmed to be very fine. Proofing out once through, no rework, too much trouble.

Orlando J.
Equipment distributors in Europe
Our customers are very picky, especially about the thickness and appearance of the hot-dip galvanized layer, and the goods sent by FERR not only meet the standard, but also the key is that each batch is very stable, and we have never had any problems with the secondary inspection.

Lambrinie
Procurement Manager, X Power Engineering, USA
We started out with just a couple samples to try, and they turned out to be so much better than what we were using before. The dimensional accuracy, surface finish are all spot on and the delivery was fast. Now every time I have a project I go to FERR first, with confidence.

Marco Martinez
Project Manager in the Middle East
I've used quite a few suppliers, some quotes are cheap but with lots of problems.FERR is not the cheapest but they are really the most hassle free. Design coordination, delivery time, packaging details can think ahead of me, I save a lot of energy.
